Made brownies last night on a whim (or more accurately because of mention of baking in a call). Tried to make mocha, and the batter tasted perfect, but the flavor vanished during baking D: note to self, add too much espresso powder next time to achieve the flavor.

Also tried to make in a Madeleine pan as something fun but they stuck bad despite buttering the pan, guess I didn't butter enough or should have added cocoa powder or flour. Same with the little bundlettes.
