A ton of switch debouncing circuits look like this. Looks like a recipe for destroying a switch. The cap will short to ground and immediately dump all its current into the switch, potentially creating an arc and burning the switch over time. I've seen better diagrams with a resistor between the cap and the switch, but none of the online calculators assume such a circuit.
