I don't mean to trivialise anything, but you got to laugh right?
As you say, you saved yourself, twice - that's a huge testament to how much you have evolved as a person, and have learned that some people are just not worth bothering with. That doesn't mean other people have to agree, but it does mean *you* are on the path to making *better choices* and that is something to be celebrated?
