Years ago I ripped my vast collection of audio CDs and put them all in boxes in the basement, where they continue to gather dust.
It dawned on me today that I no longer have a computer - Mac or PC - with an optical drive, so if I ever want or need to go through that exercise again, I'm going to be out of luck.
I still own a Blu-Ray Disc player, so I have a device that can *play* them, but when it comes to digital audio conversion, no bueno.
