I recommend seedlings bc you get a more robust and healthy plant with a tree growing on its own roots. Grafted trees can look a bit scarce/stumpy but seed-grown turn into super-strong branch-loaded shrubs. It takes longer to fruit though. 4-5 years.
I’ve had rooted cutting citrus trees die on me but never one on its own roots.
