I followed a recipe to make pistachio praliné and the result is... not green. Tastes great but definitely not the color I expected.
Any suggestion?
Maybe the type of pistachio? I used Raw Pistachio Nutmeats from Trader Joe's.
Or maybe I should have made a lighter caramel?
