I'm slowly clawing back my life and functionality from #LongCovid . For the third time now. I hope this is the last time. I haven't been #cooking a lot for a long time now. Maybe one meal every two weeks. Today I made two big pots of pasta sauce (vegan bolognese and napoli) and for my partners #boardgames event. I'm so happy and proud of myself 🤩
