Dr. Dale Bredesen's 2014 paper, Reversal of cognitive decline: a novel therapeutic program was a transformational find for my family after my father had been diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's Disease in 2018.

In this video we sum up the study's key takeaways, including:
1. 9/10 patients, with diagnosed mild cognitive impairment or established Alzheimer’s Disease improved and reversed their symptoms of cognitive decline and reversed their cognitive deficits.
6. The study demonstrated that all of these patients had some form of metabolic dysfunction before starting the program. And improving and optimizing these metabolic markers helped their bodies and brains heal.
8. Some of the notable points presented in the 3 case studies provided were the changes the patients made in their nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress reduction, digestive function, and hormonal balance, among others.
