Entirely by accident, I started writing about #food #history. It’s always something that interested me, but I didn’t plan for it to become part of my writing portfolio. Somehow though, it took. I wrote this one a year ago, but I was on Facebook and saw it shared in a group (devoted to Pilot Bread) and seeing it still make the rounds made me smile. It’s about hardtack in#alaska. #histodons
