I'm loving these daily reflections brother.
Try to remember that judgement is a double edged sword - it can cut both ways. You (often unconsciously) hold yourself accountable to the standards that you impose on others.
Reducing the amount of judgement that you place on others enables you to become more aligned internally. Acceptance of others enables greater acceptance of yourself.
Seperate the observation from the story. The story is just a story that your mind has constructed. It's no more real than a fairy tale & it often lacks the truth that's found behind a fairy tale.
It's near impossible to remove all your judgement of others. It doesn't mean that you can't become aware that your doing it though. Ultimately it becomes a mirror to see where you need work at resolving your own internal divergences. It may indicate a recurring pattern of unconscious action in yourself. It may indicate the presence of past emotional traumas that you're carrying.
Being triggered is a gift.
