And the plot thickens still further - according to the mumsnet thread, Twitter/ X claiming that this is a duplicate of DT journo Pearson's original (now deleted), not some other random Pearson.
Whatever's going on, I think we can safely say that any attempt to introduce this into a criminal court would not meet the standard of "beyond reasonable doubt."
Hence the fondness of those in power for "non-crime" hate incidents, i.e. slander that doesn't have to be tested in court.
