Some mother hen feedback.. though occasional good liver pate or smoked oyster is a surprising favorite for me w more toddler tastes as a general rule liver makes my most toxic potential list as a filtering organ in some ways similar to oysters that eat %$#@ in shallow waters.. harking back to Rachel Carson era many waters w PCBs too high for shellfish to be safe to eat & signs posted along all the beaches..
Consume no toxins is my #1 rule and processed food is largely toxic.. the question is the dose and combinations of poison but if the label has more than two words that aren't foods your grandma could carry home that's the list of petrochemical biological science marvels... decades ago my trendy food friends went all in on soy laughing at my GMO hysteria and my diet of organic chocolate w almonds into healthy old age still climbing scaffolding for street pics while few still alive have Rx regimes w ailments. j/s
All your food should be organic aka poison free.. every toxin works against your health.. i flippin adore snacks & fun foods but organic & popcorn my top tip for binge eating w fullness and fiber.. lots of fab flavored organics too.. longest low cal way to full when binge is relentless go with goodness.. another favorite slow snack is vanilla yogurt thinned w OJ or berry juice & frozen in popsicle molds.. super fun... never liked broccoli but it's among the most pesticide laden "conventional" crop.. dirty dozen w berries.. kinda tied to what surface area is directly contacted by sprays.. coconut is way safer than strawberry.. to my point.. sadder than the bother to cook & eat veggies is to find out it's worse than potato chips for toxic load..
