🚨TELEGRAM CEO PAVEL DUROV LEAVES FRANCE FOR DUBAI UNDER COURT APPROVAL
Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, was granted permission by a French court to leave the country and has now relocated to Dubai.
Durov had previously been banned from leaving France and placed under judicial supervision.
