"Personalized contact posters" look neat, but the phone feature Apple really needs is an equivalent of Android's "Hold for me" option that lets the phone tell you when the hold music ends. (RCS support in Messages would be the right thing to do for a company that calls privacy "a fundamental human right." but we all know Apple's not going to do that.) #WWDC
