Fairly certain this is a Large Orange Sulphur - an unmarked male to be specific. Still combing thru my guides, but I feel good I've got the ID right. See alt-text for more info.
It's the 40th butterfly species photographed in my garden this year! (43rd overall)
Not a regular in my area - more commonly found in the Hill Country. Odds are this was just a chance sighting, so I feel extremely lucky!
