I'd never know what the next hour would bring. I may be OK on one design job and spend a week on it. I may be on another design and be told I'm going away on a repair job for two days. Then be called and be told to add another job and stay away another day. Get back and be put on a build, then back on the design, only to be asked why it wasn't finished!!! It was a total mess. Got a much better job after that.
