well, due to lockpick RCM being DMCA'd, the skyline emu dev team has made the decision to stop development lest they risk the hell of nintendo's lawyers
so, a switch emulator has stopped development out of fear of nintendo going after them. i wish nintendo a nice eternal rest in hell
