Dosa this morning - my most favourite one so far (but this might be because I am getting better at making the batter at home). Mavu Dosai, from Chettinad. Recipe from #Dosai by #ChandraPadmanabhan.
Mavu means flour. There are many variations of this dosa but the one in this book is straight forward - par-boiled rice, polished rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, but in a slightly different ratio than others.
With chutney and left-over thoran.
