It would be good to spread this message: Using X as a status log for a website or service is a bad idea. You need an account to see profiles or posts. Which negates the purpose of posting there. Use a blog, or any other service to let your customers know of issues. Delete your X account. (That last part is just me wishing you all would just delete your X account already. What are you doing? You have followers there? Good for you. They are bots. Delete your account.)
