interesting point in my life.
at one point 8years ago or so, I thought Google (or companies like it) would be the future.
they're less likely to lose it than me. sure, I could store all my photos and music on my hard drive, but I'm more likely to lose it than the multitude of servers they have.
then they lost some of my music. and photos. for no reason I can think of, some of the songs from my Eric church collection were gone. even some of the songs I had recently purchased from Google were gone from a whiskey Myers album id purchased. as we're some of my pics from a Breckenridge trip I'd taken.
I learned I couldn't trust Google.
not much. but a nice little data point in the untrustworthiness of custodial.
