This is a good representation of why I needed to join Food Addicts Anonymous. Yoyo dieter extraordinaire. Totally addicted to carbs. The weight loss periods were times when I was low carb. The lowest dip was during cancer treatment. I highly recommend the CarbManager App. I was able to connect with my FAA sponsor and she can check my food each day, and advise. I need the accountability. It keeps me on track.
