No, you're not. You're interested in being a smug dick. Even if they're all mediocre at best, just how hard do you think it'd be to differentiate between human DNA and the DNA of a creature from another world? A creature that evolved on a whole different planet would almost certainly have a radically different genome. If they can't catch that, it'd mean we don't have the capacity to do ANY of the genetic testing or research we've done in at least the last decade, probably several decades. Any alien species hiding among us would absolutely have to avoid or fake DNA tests. An occasional test could maybe get dismissed as contaminated, but that's a different argument from widespread conspiracy or ineptitude, and it only takes one individual we're determined to get a good sample from to expose them.
