1) Afterthe investigation was originally closed, the legal representative of the women petitioned for it to be reopened.
2) He was arrested in his absence on the 27th of September 2010. There was no need to arrest him there again, since he already had been.
3) The EAW was issued on the 18h of November 2010, not 2012.
Sweden couldn't have extradited him to the US without the UK's permission. That's part of Swedish law.
So, many bits.
