My dear friend is in the process from extricating herself from a commune cult (my words lol). It is a real-time tale of how if you are green to the extent that you deny the existence of "lower" altitudes of developmemt, then you will be railroaded by red. We call them watermelons: green and yay equality on the exterior, but I will fucking vandalize your Tesla on the interior. When that red interior isn't acknowledged (because we all have it to varying degrees), it can get nastyyyy and lash out.
They are all learning that money actually does mean something, and someone putting in 500k has more at risk. That 500k != 100k, no matter how hard we pretend it does. I always think of their social experiment when people speak of anarchism, or even citadels. Will we behead those who go against us à la the red perspectives in GOT, or will enough members have developed to hold multiple perspectives and can find an elevated way to navigate conflict? Ken Wilber believes that the way to elevate is through meditation.
