I have had this Belgian Strong Ale in my beer cellar since 2003.
I am dumbfounded. It has held up spectacularly. I'd suspected it would be complete garbage... yet it holds the flavors of plum, apricot, black cherry, raisin and fig, all the notes that its younger sibling would have.
Totally Amazed! 🍻
