I've started watching the IEA presentations on youtube since they began sharing them - they're about 45 mins - 1hr long (watch them at 1.5x).
They can be dry at times, sure, but there are some great graphics to help understand why govts drag their heels on phasing them out, despite what the science says.
This tree-map in particular was really eye opening for me - I've never seen it presented so starkly how large the short term financial incentive is for govts:
