Just got a call from the state library. Turns out I can't get a free Bookshare account after all, as they don't offer it in Florida. I told the woman on the phone I wasn't surprised. I am rather upset though as Bookshare is unreasonably expensive.
We were able to correct some of their information though, so now I get the right page when I log into Bard.
