So, I woke at 5:30 AM, and by 6:30 had written the chapter in my head. Instead of trying to sleep, I got up and over four hours I wrote 3,500 words, getting it all out of my head. Should I take a nap, now? [Yawns.] Should I accept this as my new normal and figure that sleep is meaningless in the face of literary impulse?
