I work in the medical industry and there a lot of women. Many medical offices are 90-100% women. Being a small business IT guy, I also work in other industries with not so many women, so I have other experiences to compare.

When the office has over 10 women, I’ve gotta say women have a tendency to subtly create drama with each other by saying stuff like “oh that’s weird. She told me something different…”, and I have to wonder if it is sometimes intentional competitiveness. It’s pretty annoying
