Sunday I blended a package or our beef kidney and scooped out a spoonfuls onto parchment paper and froze them. Then I put it in a bag (and labeled them this time). I snuck one of them into the spaghetti we are and nobody knew! My goal is to sneak at least one per week into our meat.

The last time I had tried doing this I forgot to label it and when doing some baking took it out thinking it was chocolate. I stuck my finger in it and licked it and it was not what I was expecting. Because I had left it on the counter as long as I did I had to toss it all.
