The fact that you feel energized when eating meat is because of all the stimulants (so-called hormones) in meat. And because you stopped eating all that crap, including grains and legumes.
But not eating fiber must be hard on your digestion, I imagine...But OK...I know you will say we are all different...I disagree...I believe in plants and living food 💚
