Remembered I had a tap & die set. Cut off the carbon with that and my old MK3 v6 hotend lives another day.
Pounded a Torx bit on the SV01Pro set screw & was able to loosen it. Put
boron nitride thermal paste on the interface between heat break & heatsink. Just need new PTFE and I'll be ready to try that again.
