To the other out #trans people of the Fediverse, if you're out at work, how did you come out to your employer?

With my last employer, it was only after I had the job offered to me did I reveal my legal name and my status as transgender to help reduce any confusion. It was pretty painless and they accepted me; mostly. I mean, my legal name still showed up on all internal systems .. so that was annoying to say the least.
