I know this might be controversial since there's a lot of cast iron maxis on here. But, I use a stainless steel pan and season it like cast iron. So, if my pan ends up looking like
CARLA (npub1hu3…h8nh) pan, then I can soak it with water or use vinegar without worrying about rust.
