Come lunchtime, we were discussing where to go. They said "Let's be simple. We can go anywhere they serve rice. How about McDonald's?"

Now, I know Indonesia and I'm guessing Malaysia is the same: The menu for "US" restaurants isn't the same as in the US. This came as a shock to everyone in the office (including the Indonesians).
