It is extraordinary and completely ridiculous that universities and research centres in Greece are overseen by two separate entities (ministries) instead of one (as it used to be), something which means an incalculable increase in running costs and time wasting. So, you end up spending more, wasting a lot more time regarding bureaucracy, in order to achieve possibly a less efficient result.
