Contrary to popular opinion, the DOJ memo gives zero regulatory clarity imo. Wallet of Satoshi (nprofile…zreu) should be extremely cautious when returning to the US and make sure to have enormously competent legal counsel when doing so. The TC/SW prosecutions can and will still set precedent. I covered this here, just my 2 cents:
