Just black holed the SMAT App glowie niggers, if you’re an instance administrator and wish to do the same you can SSH into your box and do the following:
sudo iptables -I INPUT -s 65.109.84.183 -j DROP
sudo iptables -I OUTPUT -s 65.109.84.183 -j DROP
sudo iptables-save
If you also use Cloudflare you can go to the domain for your instance in your CF dashboard and add a WAF rule that blocks incoming connections from the previously listed IP and smat-app.com
