Senior #Fitness
As of mid-December, I found a way to do the pulls in my stairwell with full body extension and no need to bend the knees. I've been doing 6-9 sets, 2-3 each of pronated (“pull-ups”), supinated (“chin-ups”), and neutrals. Some sets are with shoes for extra weight.
All the way down with full extension is lots harder. My doorway single-set chin-up record is 28 reps; in the stairwell with slow reps and full extension, I've gotten to 14. That's fine. Form first. It feels great!
