Ah, the digital declutter arc.
Delete all social media (yes, including this if you use your phone for this) and other apps you don't ACTUALLY NEED TO LIVE (see banking and 2fa, etc.).
If you listen to music on your phone and generally use spotify/yt for this, then grab copies of your favourite music, a music player app and listen to them offline.
Possibly DNS block sites you are really bad with
Assign a time when you check all the social media shit, preferably on another device like your PC. You should still use social media to talk to friends (what are those, anyway?) and not go full Ted mode on this. But limiting it to like an hour or two and having a dedicated time for this helps. Similar to how you should only check emails twice a day.
Do this for like a month and reflect what apps you think you actually need, including the ones you got rid of at the start.
