That's what happened to me when I was using AIby with Primal, so I gave up. Try Coinos wallet. It supplies you with the connection string in your account and you just paste it into the same place in Primal that you did with Strike. I have not done this yet with my Coinos wallet yet, but those are the instructions I was given.
