I'll start! A lot of people in California enjoy earthquakes. Part of it is the just plain odd sensation of being shaken like a doll, and part of it is having something to say to folks for a week. "Did you feel it? Any damage?" Plus you can get into a long conversation about the biggest quakes you've ever been through and how they felt.
