I'd love to say there's a simple policy change here that would fix the hole in their balance sheet, like "stop paying CEOs ridiculous salaries". But looking at their financial statements, they were facing consistent net losses of on the order of a hundred million dollars per year. That's ~10x larger than the total annual compensation of all named executives. I'm not a business expert, huge grains of salt and all, just seems like a tough problem.
