There are lots of newer iOS Mastodon apps that I don't really know. A bunch of them arnt free and even worse cost a subscription (but those ones are supposedly very nice).

Trunks seems to be free and supports multiple accounts.

I think the Official App supports multiple accounts, it just won't show you the Federated timeline and is missing a few other features...
