And I don't have "a phrase". I want a way to search for text in a text file without having to bend over backwards. It's a fairly common thing to want to do. If I just wanted to do it once, I could just… bend over backwards, once. It's because it's so common, that I'm so confused there is no halfway decent way to do it.

For now, my solution is to open the text file in Firefox and use Ctrl+f. It's not ideal, but it's better than anything else, it seems.
