Anti-authoritarian libertarians don't only reject EVs but they even reject all vehicles with any tech, black boxes, or any electronics as all. So, they've nothing against EVs, they're mostly 60% afraid or Solar Flares, 20% afraid of EMPs, 10% afraid of the NRO/NSA, and 10% afraid of hackers taking control of their cars.
