But indeed there are many people, like my husband and I, who were fully able to have children but chose not to. It was the future that influenced our choice. Far from disdain for the future, it was specifically the presence of 9 billion people on the planet and limited resources and ecological burdening that caused us to decide against procreating.
I can't claim to have made a conscious sacrifice. But my lack of children means more for yours. 2/
