Nothing tells me more about how important communication skills are, than the emails my kids' school sends to parents.

- They are only in French despite many parents being anglophone.

- They provide a link to an online translator in the footer rather than just pasting in the translation for us.

- They always lack pertinent info like dates, times, links and locations, leaving it to us recipients to all hunt for this info.

It looks & feels half-assed & uncaring.
