AirBNB does this. I didn't know so I redeemed 70000 sats worth of giftcard inside the site, then they KYC shotgun me with a face scan.
Also it's terrible where I live basically any hosts will snap a pic of your ID and keep them in their shitty phone unencrypted and/or upload them who knows where.
Justin had to do an online KYC with a liveness check in order to book a hotel OMGWTFBBQ
