They are fast, very fast. It is always fascinating to watch the dragonflies in tandem flight. It is a little more difficult to photograph them. Some Dragonflies fly in tandem and “randomly” scatter their eggs on the surface of the water. From there, they sink to the bottom of the water. The abdomen of the female shows the egg drop in this photo.
